“A popular choice for many, mostly diabetics and those suffering from weakness, beetroot juice is a refreshing way to start your day,” tells the expert. Simply blend beets with a combination of other fruits and vegetables like carrots, oranges, or mint. Not only is it a nutrient-dense drink, but it also helps in detoxifying the body.

2. Beetroot paratha

This recipe can give your traditional parathas a nutritious twist. Grate beetroot and mix it with wheat flour, spices, and herbs of your choice. Roll out the dough and cook it on a pan. These reddish parathas can be a vibrant addition to your breakfast or lunch menu.

3. Beetroot salad

Salads are a great way to start your day on a nutritious note. “Dice beetroot into small pieces and toss it with other salad ingredients like cucumber, tomatoes, and feta cheese.
